I like the topic, but there are issues with how you presented the data. First, you need to not use acronyms when you can. I don’t think they were necessary and made the graphed hard to read. Also, you sorted your graphs, particularly experience level by the acronym not the actual level, so it was difficult to interpret trend because they weren’t sorted by actual experience level.
