Oh sweet! I’m very interested to see the results. That’s more in line with the investigation I originally wanted to do but didn’t have the desire to buy a vacuum to maintain continuous vacuum. I’m curious if you could do that quickly, could you degas a coffee after roasting before bagging? That would be game changing.
