So based on your personal experience, you don’t think your police department is racist? What city do you live in? We can look up the available data. Your interactions with the police might be fine, but have you asked your black friends? How have they interacted with the police? Your single data point is not enough to actual say there isn’t a problem. Isn’t on par with saying that you lived in Nazi Germany, and all the Nazis were nice to you so they must all be wonderful. You can’t be racist to a profession.

Racism is a system that treats one set of people differently solely based on the color of their skin or some inherent attribute.
