So the Urban culture is more violent? Let me ask you this, how did it come to be? What could have possibly led to such a situation? Are you saying that black people in the urban areas are solely to blame for their more violent ways all on their own? How did such people end up there?

Let’s assume you are right for a moment, that the culture in the Urban areas is more immoral, then you have to also accept that they got that way because of racists policies that led to an increase in poor conditions in the cities. Maybe we should normalize the data based on wealth?

If they’re so immoral, why do so many people get shot by the police in rural cities? The murder by police rate per 100k is nearly 10 times the number for big cities. Explain that?
